Sylvester Jenkins III is a native of Columbus, Ga. He completed four tours in Iraq and one tour in Afghanistan. He is a retired First Sergeant with 21 years of military service in the US Army. Sylvester is a recipient of multiple awards for outstanding performance and professionalism while in the military. He is a mental health advocate and a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. He received his Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership. He is certified in Executive Leadership, and Mental Health First Aid. He authored the books A Quick Cure to Successful Leadership, Winning the Battle Within, The Compass and Winning with Gratitude. Since transitioning he continues to help the next generation to become resilient leaders that triumph in life. He is a transformational speaker who has empowered 1000’s by helping them reach their goals, both personally and professionally.
