As owner and founder of Public Safety UAS, David’s operational experience,

personal crisis management and Drone technology expertise has allowed him to

develop training courses designed specifically for Public Safety personnel in

mind. These classes cover current industry trends and drone technologies while

providing critical, relevant information for first responders, emergency

management and public safety officials.

With over 9 years of law enforcement experience specializing in complex violent

crime investigations and tactics, David incorporates an educational philosophy

grounded on area expertise while stressing the importance of safety and

efficiency. An engaging teacher, he successfully consults and establishes Drone-

team operational procedures for numerous government agencies.
