Dr. Becker received his Ph.D. in industrial-organizational psychology from The

Ohio State University in 1990. He is a professor of management at the University of South Florida and a talent management consultant. As the president of Stratafy, my job is to help small businesses grow and prosper through strategic talent management (e.g., hiring, training, performance management, and compensation). My scholarly research and consultant activities have focused on resilience - including a project on the resilience of U.S. vets.
