J.B. Schaefer, author of Banned and Cancelled, has fulfilled his lifelong dream of writing and publishing his dystopian novel. With Volume II: Rebirth, and plans to add to the Banned and Cancelled series, he continues the story of personal battles against a tyrannical government. Inspired by his love for political science and history, he uses today’s world events to create a dystopian fiction allowing readers to contemplate how our actions or better yet, inactions might have for future generations. Many of Schaefer’s predictions in the first book are already starting to sadly come to fruition, and the second book serves as a warning to what will happen in a world that does not hold our leaders accountable.
Currently, Schaefer is the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of DeliveryMaxx which is a digital marketing and media company with patent-pending technology that allows businesses, non-profits, individuals and other entities gain maximum exposure on the internet. Through his leadership, DeliveryMaxx continues to set the bar providing companies with innovative solutions that turn first-time customers into “Life-Time Customers”. In addition to DeliveryMaxx, J.B. has been employed with Universal Technical Institute, Alta Colleges, and Combustion Media. He has also developed and sold four companies, produced and co-host the radio show Automotive News & Entertainment, contributed satirical writings for Totally Accurate News Network and helped promote Christian author Russell L. Martin achieve best-selling books, Scars of My Guardian Angel and Bloodline of the Scrolls.
Throughout his professional career, he has been involved with some of the world’s business and political leaders like, Steve Forbes, Senator George Mitchell, Alexander Muse, Jack Furst and former Governor Mitt Romney.
Mr. Schaefer has received many honors serving the public, including being awarded the Eisenhower Commission signed by President Gerald Ford, President Ronald Reagan, President George H.W. Bush, and President George W. Bush. He was also awarded the Republican Senatorial Medal of Freedom. In 2003, Mr. Schaefer was awarded Businessman of the Year by the Congressional Committees Business Advisory Counsel, and the Republican of the Year by the National Republican Congressional Committee.
J.B. Schaefer has been married for over 25 years to Victoria Schaefer and has two children, Joseph and Elizabeth. They have a home in Texas and spend their summers on Victoria’s family farm in Michigan when they are not traveling the country watching their kids sporting events.
